Be the best team player you can be

Your ability to work with others is what will define your career success, perhaps more than any other skill. That’s why all our masters programs have an entire core course—Collaboration & Teamwork—dedicated to developing it.

What you'll do – Reflect on your strengths and weaknesses and develop a deeper level of self-awareness – Demonstrate communication skills and deal with conflict effectively to foster healthy, productive dialogue – Cultivate a culture of inclusion and diversity that celebrates differences and fosters the best performance from every team member – Positively impact team morale, productivity, and the organization’s bottom line

Apply everything you’ve learned

The final course in your core program, your Capstone Experience, is the ultimate test of your creativity and collaborative skills. You’ll delve deep into the technologies that are disrupting industries across the globe and be asked to imagine a future that doesn’t exist yet. Working in diverse teams, you’ll need to apply everything you’ve learned to create a business solution to the challenges of tomorrow.

I took an elective taught by the CEO of an investment research and analytics firm. Learning from someone who is actually applying what he is teaching every day was a truly insightful experience. Doing something as an assignment that others are doing as part of their job made it so much more exciting and allowed me to learn skills applicable to life beyond school.”
