What did you learn from your classmates? My classmates brought such diverse skillsets with them. And when you’re working directly with experts in multiple fields, you find yourself absorbing knowledge from everyone. I think I can honestly say that I am no longer “just” a finance person—I have a well-rounded skillset and draw on all this experience daily.

Did your ambitions change over the course of the program? My goal was originally to get to the next level at work. I got the promotion but I also discovered my passion for entrepreneurship and have since launched a digital marketplace for services in South America. Three of my former classmates are directly involved in the startup.

How would you describe your Hult experience? The program truly is a transformative experience that will unlock your motivations.

Connecting determined, ambitious students from all over the world is what we do best. And it’s more valuable now than ever. You'll work with students from all over the world (on campus or joining from home), gain an international perspective, and build a global network. We’ve seen firsthand the impact this global community can have, both on the career path of the individual and the business world at large.

Knowing is not the same as doing, and there is now widespread acknowledgement that academic success is not necessarily a predictor of good performance in the workplace. My research explores the steps and time frames necessary for students to improve their leadership behaviors.”
