How did the careers team support you?
My engagement was more with the coaches, in particular Heather White, who helped me through a difficult moment in my career. I was faced with amazing opportunities and needed guidance. She gave me the tools not only to help me with my own career decisions but also to help those that I lead and mentor.
How do you cultivate a growth mindset?
For me, growth mindset is the belief that I can always be a better version of myself, that I should not be afraid of learning new things. I have a routine at the end of every week where I like to do a bit of reflection. I have this Moleskine notebook where I like to write the achievement of the week, reflect on the joy of what has been done and understand what I learned and what I could do better next time.
